Victoria International Cycling Festival move into high gear

What an exciting time to be in downtown Victoria.  Everywhere you look there is something going on and most of it is on two wheels.  Strap on the helmet and head on over.  While you are here,  check out the Victoria Jazz Festival too.   I love this place!
