Our report card is based on your feedback
As we head into that last big event of the year (never say it before Remembrance Day) we start to take stock of our progress as a local tourism provider and I think we are on the right track when it comes to providing the experience our visitors are looking for. Please click here for an up to date listing of guest feedback from Trip Advisor. We have learned from our guests that we are “Authentically Local” in their eyes. Our personal touch in dealing with our guests needs is at the heart of what we do best.
In amongst the many wonderful stories about our employees and our location, we did find evidence that our guests feel it is time to address parts of our hotel with some fresh upgrades.
