I stayed at the Chateau Victoria in October for a business conference. I should have emailed this feedback soon after my trip to Victoria, but neglected to do so.
I was away over the holidays to Montreal – for me this trip was very disappointing. I realised on my journey home from Montreal last night that after my wonderful experience at the Chateau, the Customer Service bar has been distinctly raised. I would particularly like to acknowledge Bryce who provided exemplary service to me and my traveling companions during our trip to Victoria. I appreciated his courtesy, sense of humour and flexibility. He helped to make our stay at the Chateau comfortable.
