The Chateau Victoria has two meeting rooms and one dining room that can service your small meeting of up to 70 people.   Beyond these dedicated spaces, we can transform our Vista 18  roof top restaurant, Clive’s Classic Lounge or any number of our spacious suites into a tailor made event for your group.   Our two meeting rooms are equipped with secure, dedicated high speed, wireless internet at no extra cost.  Standard equipment like a data projector, flat screen tv or flipcharts are available from our in house catering team.  Extra equipment can also be ordered ahead of time from any preferred island AV company.   If you have your own equipment, please feel free to bring that as we just want you to be comfortable getting down to business.

Salon A is a 450-square-foot purpose built boardroom that can hold up to 20 people.

Salon B is an 800-square-foot multipurpose room with a maximum capacity of 70 people.  This room can be set up in varied configurations to suit your exact needs.

Reduced rates will apply with a minimum number of guestrooms or suites booked. Smaller breakout rooms suitable for six people can be made available during the winter months.

Banquet facilities featuring exquisite cuisine and unparalleled scenic views of the Olympic Mountains and the Pacific Ocean are available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and receptions on the 18th floor. Please contact our catering department to make arrangements.
