Meetings and Events

The Chateau Victoria has three meeting rooms and one dining room that can service your small meeting of up to 70 people.   Beyond these dedicated spaces, we can transform our Vista 18  roof top restaurant, Clive’s Classic Lounge or any number of our spacious suites into a tailor made event for your group.   Our two meeting rooms are equipped with secure, dedicated high speed, wireless internet at no extra cost.  Standard equipment like a data projector@ $75.00 per day , flat screen tv@ $75.00/day or flipcharts @$20.00 each are available from our in house catering team.  Extra equipment can also be ordered ahead of time from any preferred island AV company.   If you have your own equipment, please feel free to bring that as we just want you to be comfortable getting down to business.

Fairfield Room (formerly – Salon A) is a 450-square-foot purpose built boardroom that can hold up to 20 people.

Courtney Room

This is an ideal rooms for small interviews or a breakout from the other two meeting rooms we have.  This 200 square foot room is equipped with a boardoom table for 6 people and its own bathroom.

Reduced rates will apply with a minimum number of guestrooms or suites booked. Smaller breakout rooms suitable for 8 people can be made available during the winter months.  In February 2013, we now have a new purpose built breakout room for 8 people on our second level.

Banquet facilities featuring exquisite cuisine and unparalleled scenic views of the Olympic Mountains and the Pacific Ocean are available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and receptions on the 18th floor. Please contact our catering department to make arrangements.
