The health and safety of everyone remains our highest priority. We will continue to monitor developments relating to COVID-19, as well as take direction from Provincial and Canadian health authorities to ensure we are taking the right steps forward in support of our clients, visitors and staff.

Over the past several weeks, we have taken additional precautionary measures to further enhance our high standard of cleanliness and sanitization as well as to increase preparedness and prevention. These measures will continue over the coming months to reduce the risk of transmission. Please refer to our current protocols.

At the Chateau Victoria, we make it easy. Our team understands the importance of your event and will customize our services to meet your unique needs. There are several layouts available from executive suites perched high above the city, to a 20-person boardroom (6 during Covid), or larger theatre settings that accommodate up to 60 people (14 during Covid). Whether you are planning an intimate strategy session or a larger workshop, you’ll find everything you need at the Chateau Victoria to help your event go smoothly. All rooms include sanitation stations, dedicated, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, and AV equipment is available for rental. Please note that our two meeting rooms have 75 inch 4K smart monitors as part of your room rental.  If we don’t have what you need, our preferred AV suppliers will be able to set you up.

With reduced food and beverage services in effect during Covid 19, we are not catering to our meeting rooms while they are occupied. We can arrange individual box meals delivered to the door or allow you to provide meals from an outside catering company.

Furnished with a large 20-person table, this space is perfect for organizations desiring an upscale, professional atmosphere for their PowerPoint or video presentations. Dedicated, secure wifi is also included as well as a wall-mounted smart television. LCD Projectors and are also available for rental.

At 800 square feet, our multipurpose Penwell Room is perfect for workshops, classes, and larger presentations for your company or networking group. With 5 different floor plans and seating for up to 60 people, this bright room can easily be modified to suit your specific requirements.

We have many unused bedrooms and suites due to the pandemic.  Many of these rooms can easily convert into wonderful hybrid meeting rooms.   Dedicated, complimentary secure wifi is available throughout the hotel.  Various methods of projection, conference phone and camera equipment can be arrange to suit your needs.

Executive Penthouse

Executive penthouse 1602 offers over 800 square feet of indoor meeting space. The 500 square foot walk-out balcony looks out on the Juan de Fuca Strait and the breathtaking Olympic Mountains. Furnished with a six-person board-room table, as well as a full living room, this suite makes an ideal place for quiet discussions, team planning, and high-level decision making. NOTE: The Provincial Health Office has deemed that up to 5 visitors are permitted in guest rooms and suites.
